Arktos is a first generation American bred by male of Vom Engelsherz, born in January of 2026 in the A litter.

 

He is out of Laios Midollyk (Slovak import), Hatter, and Taira Marinchuk K9 (Ukraine import), Betty. Though he is still just a baby, I see so much potential in him already.

Physically, he perfectly embodies the ideals Vom Engelsherz strives to produce in their dogs. A beautiful, strong, masculine head. Thick, plush, black sable coat, heavy bone structure, and substantial size. He is what many seek in a German Shepherd. He takes almost exclusively after his dam’s side physically, though I am already seeing some of his sire peeking through in his drive and boldness.

 

Arky will be starting civil training in Louisville, Kentucky, where he will work on strong obedience foundation first, and later on he’ll begin police dog type protection, apprehension, and search/tracking training. At 12 weeks old he is already showing natural civil tendencies that were not seen in his parents at this age.

 

He is DM clear by parentage and so long as he passes all his health exams and continues on the trajectory of excellence he is already on, he will no doubt be a staple producer and sire for VEGS LLC!
